what metal do you use?
i can use any metal if you want a commission, however all the items in my shop at 100% recycled sterling silver. everything is tested and hallmarked by the assay office to be sure its pure. if you're after more info, its here. recycled metal doesn't effect its value, durability or purity, its just as good as new silver with the added benefit or being more environmentally friendly than the alternative!
how do i know my ring size?
i'd recommend going to a professional jewellers to get your fingers sized. i can also do it for you if you are in the london area. alternatively, if you'd like to do it yourself, here is a guide on how to do so.
where are your products made?
all my jewellery is handmade by me in london, uk.
how long does shipping take?
everything will be sent royal mail special delivery and arrives the next working day. however please allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing of your order.
