Shipping Policy

uk shipping

all uk orders are shipped special delivery with royal mail for £8. once shipped, your item will be with you in 1-2 business days. you will receive tracking information via email.

studio collection

if you are in the london area and would rather collect your order you can do so by selecting the studio collection option at checkout. my studio is located in hammersmith/fulham W6. i will email you once you have placed your order to arrange a date and time.

international shipping

EU - £10

US - £15

please note: we do not currently offer our grillz products to those outside the UK. for full transparency, this is because it isn't economical for us to ship out a mould kit with a return label. if you are outside the UK and already have a mouth mould or casting OR wish to cover the cost of your own mould kit return shipping do get in touch.

please bare in mind that some items can take up to 4 weeks for production

Returns

all of our jewellery is quality checked and made to a high standard therefore we are confident you will be pleased with your new items. however if you come across a fault with your item please email us and a replacement will be arranged upon the return of the original product at your own expense.

returns are only accepted if there is a fault with the item, therefore it is vital that you ensure you have selected the correct sizing.

I am unable to provide a refund for grillz in which the customer has provided an inaccurate mouth mould. grillz are made to the mould provided by the customer, therefore it is vital you read the impression kit instructions clearly before taking your own mould.
